Courtyard by Marriott Columbus OSU

Wonderful weekend stay for concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Great location close to downtown and Hofbrahaus.

The location was very convenient. Free parking in the covered garage was nice. The room was large and clean and well maintained. The bed was so firm it did give me a bit of a backache to sleep on it. The housekeeping staff do not speak English or very limited English. One of their staff knocked on my door to give me somebody's blanket and had a hard time understanding that I did not ask for a blanket. Another of their staff knocked on my door almost 2 hours before checkout to tell me that she needed to clean my room because today was my checkout day. Unfortunately she had a very hard time trying to communicate this until I switched to speaking in Spanish with her. I told her it was 2 hours till check out and to come back later. Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Cafe morning crew were very nice and helpful, with a great attitude! They were great with our son. We appreciated that there was an abundance of parking that was walking distance to the hotel and free! Nice indoor pool that we used every day. A few steps from Hofbrauhaus, what could be better! Thank you!

Pretty, quiet location with lots of free covered parking. The room was quite large, very clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower water pressure and temp as excellent. Lots of space for two people to spread out and work. Quiet corner room.

We had the pleasure of being helped by a lovely lady named Dovie. She made our experience here absolutely wonderful. Bc of her we will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you again Dovie for all of your help!
