Northern Pine Lodge

Next year will mark 20 years of our group going to this perfect up north paradise. Quiet, relaxing, sometimes good fishing (not the resorts fault lol) and amazing hosts. Most of the kids in our extended family have grown up going here. Some are now even married getting ready to start the cycle over again. We look forward to this annual trip the minute we leave.

We have searched for a few years to find the idyllic family resort to bring our children to. The whole resort is set in the woods but it is still close to town. Our stay here was nothing but wonderful. The views are fantastic. And they have really nice sandy swimming areas. Tons for the kids to do, playground, mini golf, a children's program (perfect break for Mom & Dad), a dry sauna that was always heated and ready to use, bikes for the whole family to use, trails through the woods for hiking, and a children's play area inside the lodge. Plus many more amenities. It was exactly what we had been looking for and hope to be back year after year.

Been to many resorts and northern pine is favorite. Resort is on private road so no through traffic.. Only 10 minutes from town but feels like your your no where near a town.. Kids activities planned every day and some activities at night such as movie night and bingo.. Big lodge to hang out in. Very well kept and clean cabins..great fishing lake. Make sure to at least check this place out before booking anywhere you will not be disappointed...

Northern Pine Lodge is pure heaven and a kid paradise. We have spent a week here 5 or 6 times and don’t plan to stop soon. Highly highly recommended. It’s location is so key. West side of a lake with protective trees so even when it is windy it isn’t windy.

We have been coming to NPL for 18 years and it is like coming home every summer! The cabins are perfectly maintained and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Jon and Kelly have really kept the resort a family place - you don't have to worry about loud parties and bad behavior - really the perfect place for the kids to enjoy the type of safe summer activities you don't get many places. Happy 100th Northern Pine Lodge!
