Heartland Trailside (RV Park, Mini Golf, Ice Cream)

Eight total spaces here, and most if not all are usually taken up by seasonal RVr's here for the summer. We happened to get lucky and were able to get the single opening, albeit mid-week, after calling ahead. We're in a 38' class A with toad. Unhooked at the office. The nice gentleman who owns/operates this establishment parked us. Easy going guy. W/E/S, 50a. Four bars VZ 4G. A handful of OATV channels. Just far enough off the beaten path that it was quiet, and dark. I'd stay here again. Easy access to the Heartland trail for walking or biking. Very fun mini-golf course, and ice cream afterwards.

Awesome little place! The mini golf is great fun and the ICE CREAM SELECTION is OUTTA THIS WORLD! Will make the 14 hour journey again.

This mini golf course was so fun. The guy who owns it was very kind and designed and built the course himself. $6 for adults $3 for kids. We had a great time!

Fun course! John is very sweet. Tasty ice cream with generous servings.

Great place to stay. Right on the bike trail. The owner, John, is very friendly and helpful. The regular sites were full, so he set us up behind the ice cream stand--shady, private, and quiet. Definitely recommend.
