North Washington Extended Stay

Michael is a great guy, the place is extremely secure, and he does a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. It is a great place to stay for an extended time with a cool dude that runs it. Respect people and they will respect you back. Don't call them a hundred times. Thanks.

I just have to say you guys are amazing here. My husband who works out of town stayed here for 2 months while on the road. He said it is the cleanest place he has stayed at for the price we paid weekly. He never once seen any bugs and that is amazing. He stayed in a 3 bedroom condo style room where the kitchen, bathroom, and living space was shared. At first we were a little worried about this but his room had its own lock to keep his things safe. Also there was a special key just to get into the building which was a plus. He got lucky and had great roommates while here. You can’t find a place as reasonable as this was with a full kitchen either. Every time I called to pay the weekly amount the owner was extremely nice. Nice place to stay. Mike and Cindy (who keeps the place extremely clean) are amazing. I stayed here long term while working in the area. The suite was spacious and clean. It is a secured building with key fob entry and security cameras. Full sized refrigerators, stoves, microwaves and coffee pots are in each room. The room sizes vary according to your individual needs. The prices are very reasonable. Cindy knew I was stuck at work and went out of her way to bring my family Christmas dinner. I later found out that she also played “Santa” for the young children staying in the building. The common area is always nicely decorated for the holidays. It is called extended stay but is more like apartments. The owner is a good person not a slum lord!! He does take care of his building.

PAY NO ATTENTION to Jordan Walshingham' and Vito Knowles' reviews below. i know the whole story behind both incidents and their stories are bogus. I stayed at North Washington Extended Stay for four months and it was absolutely perfect. In fact, I left to stay with a friend in Orlando for the winter, and the owner, Mike, drove to the airport 45 minutes away without charging me--the second time he did that for me. You can't beat this place for value and convenience. It's clean, it's safe, it's peaceful, and when I return to the Pittsburgh area in the Spring, this will be my first stop until I find my own apartment. If you need a temporary place to live anywhere near Pittsburgh or Wheeling W.V. you can't do better. A cheap room at a Motel 6 costs way more than North Washington Extended St
