North Villa Inn

This motel is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unfit to accommodate guests. The room smelled bad, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and nothing worked properly. The noise is constant, making it impossible to sleep, and the staff are rude and unhelpful when you report a problem. It feels like no hygiene or safety standards are being followed. Paying to stay in a place like this is a waste of money and a real shame. I strongly advise everyone against staying at this motel.

Too many roaches in the room, the bathtub is still clogged, the front door won't open and the lock is loose, and the floor is dirty. There was no cleaning staff, they did not tale out the garbage during the stay, noy recommended.

No stars given... 🤮 This was a horrible experience, I checked in very late on a Friday and it was basically a last option all other nearby places were fully booked... The area is rough and ghetto, the bldg gave project vibes and the room had a old closed up smell, the roaches 😱😳... and they actually charged reg prices 😕...

This place needs to be shut down.They are getting money and not remodeling.The curtains are dirty holes in them. Roach .bed bugs .The vents have mold and people are living here with their children.The front office is the cleanest place here. Drive through the parking lot before you go.I know for some people this is the last place.But if they accept your money it should be liveable.

It's good for people who are very low income to homeless. They help them out. However, if you're looking for a safe, clean, and secure place to live, this is not for you. Go see it for yourself. Please don't take my words, just go and find out for yourself. I just know this place wasn't for me. I stayed 2 days and I had to go because I couldn't take it. However, to each own. You may like it, and you definitely get what you pay for in 2025. People were nice, but the rooms are 1990-2005 style. So I give them a D+ Rating.
