We ended up not staying the night with with our two young kids. There was absolutely no shade during the day, there was trash in the cabin, mouse droppings everywhere all over the sink, lizards coming in and out. Loose boards and nails everywhere. The front steps were crumbling. I would much preferred to have stayed in a tent.
Was a great experience and had fun but make sure you bring a blow up mattress or cot. Bunkbeds are there but no beds.
