Two Room Inn

If you look up “charming town” in the dictionary I’m sure you’ll see a picture of Nevada City right next to it. And if you’re looking for a place to stay in Nevada City (especially an Airbnb) you won’t find a better place to stay than the Two Room Inn. Words like quaint, charming, magical, practical, comfortable, and convenient ALL fit the bill to describe it. Location, private parking, all the amenities you need are there, whether you want to dine in, or you want to take a short walk to many of the fine restaurants Nevada City affords. Marney (the owner) clearly has taken extra steps to make this little cottage a place you’ll enjoy and will always remember.

The Two Room Inn was everything that I had hoped it would be when I first looked into staying in Nevada City Ca. This home is very well taken care of and is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for the charm and feel of an 1800's style Victorian home. It is well equipped with all of the modern convenience we are used to having but it doesn't take away from the homes historical feel. The owner Marney was very upfront and honest and she was wonderful to deal with both prior to our stay and again after our departure. It is rare these days that you come across genuine people and amazing places and between the owner Marney and the Two Room Inn you will get the pleasure of having both. Such a cute little Victorian style home to stay! First time in Nevada city and honestly will not be coming back to the city as the food and drinks are terrible and geared to suck tourists dry with poor quality restauraunts and overpriced wholesale clothing shops but if you need a place to stay the Two Room in is worth it. Very roomy, cozy, well maintained, comfortable bedding. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, etc. You can do your laundry, watch TV, Wifi, etc. The upstairs bedroom is private and just perfect! I have no regrets staying here. Thank you!

My grandmother got myself and my boyfriend a stay from the 11th-14th of November this week. We had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and cozy, very clean and organized with plenty of blankets and towels. Such a nice place to spend a few days away from home, I really wished we could've stayed an extra two days or more. The town itself was very calm with plenty to look at during the day. We were very satisfied just taking a walk when we got bored all three days. My one and only complaint is that there were no reading materials about the building itself! I'm so curious about when it was built and who originally lived in it. I may or may not have heard some ghostly footsteps downstairs, underneath the bedroom at around 2 in the morning, which made me really want to know who might it be

We stayed in this sweet cute inn back in January 2020 for my daughters wedding. Lovely Victorian home and great location.
