Noisy Water Cabins

Cabin was extremely dated and dirty… carpet was full of stains. Hot tub was not accessible the first night due to poor instructions. Lighting for outside area was hidden behind TV and they didn’t share that until the last day of the stay so we couldn’t use the outside at night which was part of the reason why we picked this location. Hot tub was dirty when we finally got to use it. Had to clean things out do it before getting in. To top it all off they charge for service animals which is actually illegal so they will be reported and and I’m also seeking legal representation. They decided to charge for “pets” and assumed before asking then when I got upset at them charging me they said I got rude and won’t refund me anyway. Michael is a piece of work with horrible customer service skills. H

Simply Amazing!!!!!! My wife and I are very spontaneous and we booked the Two Bears cabin on a Thursday for Friday check in. My whole purpose was to get away for a couple of days and chill with my wife and pet. This cabin brought back so many wonderful childhood memories. If you are looking for a cabin in Upper Canyon that is the quintessential mountain cabin, this is the place.| Additionally, the owners/managers were fantastic! Michael and Cody were so accommodating and showed a deep willingness to make our weekend as stress free as possible. They checked on us withing 30 minutes of our contact free check-in, in person. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. My family & I stayed in the black bear cabin. The sheets on the bed were butter soft, hot tub phenomenal, and overall perfectly clean. I’m very hard to please in terms of being comfortable while on vacation. I have not a single negative. The scenery is beyond gorgeous. Fresh air and family. I’m already planning our next trip!

My husband and I along with our two grandkids (6 and 9) stayed in Beary Cozy cabin this past week. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location or the cabin. We enjoyed being in the mountains where it was quiet. The kids had a great time hiking and looking for deer and other wild animals. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again and plan to pass along the word to our friends how much we enjoyed it. Very nice managers! Thanks. Ann

We stayed at the cowboy cabin as the first guests. It was a nice experience the manager was super nice and was easy to get a hold of. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out and the backyard deck is nice.There was a hot tub on the deck and it was beautiful. We were super close to the river and only a short walk to downtown. Definitely will be staying here again. Kady H.
