We had a mixed and ultimately frustrating stay at Noelle, especially given the premium price point. The room itself was comfortable - the bed and pillows were great, and security was excellent - but several service and maintenance issues impacted our experience. Most notably, the shower was unusable on our first morning due to a plumbing issue, which was surprising and inconvenient. While one staff member we spoke with was kind and helpful, a later interaction at the front desk felt dismissive and poorly handled given the seriousness of the issue. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Despite seeing the cleaner on our floor when we left in the morning, our room was not serviced for over 6 hours. They only came to our room after we had expressed frustration with the front desk. For a hotel

This hot is so classy. Beyond the swanky vibe the service staff takes such good care Of the patrons. The hotel coffee shop called the Coffee shop is run by the nicest guys Caedon and Ethan. They make delicious cappuccinos and are just friendly and warm and very attentive. The restaurant in the hotel called Luna has the most fabulous Mexican vibe and we’ve had such great food there and drinks and the bartenders name was Michael. He just had a great personality and took really good care of us. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Nashville

Excellent stay! We loved the quaintly modern hotel. The coffee station on every floor, the room decor, hidden speakeasy, and the service matched the style of the hotel. Location was perfectly positioned between Printer’s Alley & Broadway. The bellmen were exceptional— especially Trevon. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be unique. Luc greeted us with a warm smile and was helpful and kind. His professionalism and hospitality made our transition into the hotel smooth and simple.||The hotel has soul, with vintage vibes that meet modern luxury. Decor and little touches feel high end but still accessible. ||The staff continued to shine and make our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. ||Suelene went out of her way to text with us about our room preparations and we were lucky enough to meet her upon checkin and see her again at checkout. She is so warm and kind and made us feel very welcomed and cared for. As a family of 5 traveling for days, it felt like a familial welcome and all of us felt at ease. We love to make connections wherever we are and

Location was within walking distance to The Ryman Theater and Broadway which was our destination. Employees were courteous and very helpful. Valets were outstanding.
