If I could leave a 0 star I would I don’t know the lady name but she told us 105 total for 2 nights with $100 deposit then she proceeded to tell us $210 total cool. We always gave a deposit always so it never really came to me they normally say and then the deposit for the night she didn’t say that so I proceeded to check out she gets extremely aggressive with me when I asked about the deposit and was screaming at me and it was just a lot I’m also pregnant and this doesn’t make it better all I did was ask a simple question and she went bananas !!! Literally and it came to the point of us calling the police she told us one thing and told the police another so long story short don’t go here and I’ve also been asking about proper cleaning crew why there was bugs in there recently everything t

Positive: The king sized bed is extremely comfortable. The hot water temperature is superb. Negative: The staff member who I interacted with was very unprofessional in helping resolve a billing problem.

I've stayed at Nisei Inn many times during and after COVID. Considering the proximity to LAX and all the upscale cities along Santa Monica Bay, the price is outstanding. But the rooms are large, and kept clean by maids who do a very good job. Most rooms show deferred maintenance such as a cracked mirror or walls that need paint, etc.. This is not the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be. That deferred maintenance keeps the prices down. The water is hot and there's plenty of it. The beds are comfortable and from my experience not saggy or worn like many of the other hotels/motels I've stayed in recently. There's good WiFi and a small clean fridge in every room I've stayed in. Because the neighborhood is a bit marginal the place attracts some persons of that lower echelon. Understandably as

Location is a bit sketchy and it’s not the prettiest to look at, came in and seen people working on pipes and seen loads of old furniture which made me skeptical but had already reserved the night, the lady at the check in desk made the process very simple just asked for some basic information and was given my key(had paid online before coming in) the smell of cigarettes was off putting but it’s not as strong as other reviews make it seem. Finally made it to my room and was greeted with a cozy and spacious room with a good sized flat screen, a working ac unit and a tidy room. Bathroom was small but works well with the space it had which also included clean towels and soap if I needed to shower which was a nice addition. For the price, a little under $100 for the night, it’s a quite comfort

ants all over our room, got into our stuff. holes in the walls and the sheets. graffiti everywhere. very disgusting. shower got either way too cold or way too hot. they give you a very small bar of soap that doesn’t really lather and small packets for shampoo and conditioner. definitely bring your own. I’m 5’3 and the shower head was too low for even me
