Ninety Nine RV Park

The location is ok, but other than that this place is pretty terrible. Arrived after hours, and didn't have any packet, instructions, or codes. The highway noise is very prominent. The dog area has a fence that can't contain dogs. Everything at the park is in rough shape and falling apart, including a good majority of the rvs that are residing there. They let people pile up junk and trash outside of their RV. Most importantly, their cancellation policy says 30 days or no refund. I appreciate them letting me use the refund credit for a different park, but after staying here I'm not hopeful that it will be better. They also have a call center instead of talking to the parks directly. This is the worst RV park we have ever stayed at.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a dirty, garbage RV park ever. It states WIFI throughout the park but that’s a lie! Laundry room, half the machines don’t work and the people, the residents that live there full time has pretty much taken over the laundry room so you can’t to anything there.. bathroom is filthy. Trash everywhere. When we arrived at the park site, trash were on my site. All dirty crap all over the park. WORST PLACE EVER

RV Inn Style's 99 RV Park is probably the worst in the Vancouver, WA area. RV Inn Style is also a very unethical company. They do basically no maintenance or repairs at the facility, but charge very large fees. Bathrooms and showers are horrific. No manager onsite and they rarely answer their phone. Highly not recommend.

I’ve never done a public review before, but feel compelled to do one now. This is not our first stay at this RV park, not because of its quality, but because of its location. It is convenient to family in the area, and easy access to and from the interstate. This is the best quality of the park. There is never anyone in the office, and this time we had a reservation issue. I reserved and paid for site 102 weeks ago. Just a few days before our arrival, I received another confirmation email welcoming us to site 102. As we were traveling, we received a call and voicemail message, and also a text, informing us of a need to change our site. We were told to go to site 84 instead, and were assured that it was a pull through site, equivalent to what we reserved. I confirmed via text that we would

Yuck. This is a NASTY little dive RV park right off of a busy freeway. This wouldn't be so bad if they charged accordingly. The fee for our 13 hour stay was $97 for one space, totally devoid of life or anything enjoyable. It wasn't worth more than $23/day. It's just a stinky, noisy parking lot with tons of pointless rules and regulations that nobody seems to follow. It's one step above homelessness - but at an extremely inflated rate. I was told when I called and reserved a space that they do not honor AAA discounts, which might have saved us $10. However, when we departed, we noticed a sign near the entrance that boasts "AAA Approved". (See image) You may well be better off dry camping than wasting your hard-earned money on this investment company-owned RV park.
