The owner/Larry Nichols is a SLUM LORD who is not interested in fixing up the trailer that I live in and because I started to force the issues of repairs that need to be done by Larry he out of rebellion has a Koochiching County Sheriff deliver a letter to vacate the property.
My kids have stayed there when they were younger. It was a safe in town camping grounds to stay with their father in the summer.
