The Nomad Motel

Stayed at the Nomand Motel in International Falls and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The bed was really comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep. It had all the essentials you need: a mini fridge, microwave, and even a coffee maker, which came in handy for an early morning pick-me-up. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels, and the shower had great water pressure, which is always a plus. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the extra pillows. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was helpful for catching up on some work. The motel is quiet, with no noise disturbances, and the location is really convenient for getting around town. Overall, this was a fantastic stay for the price

My stay was perfect. The room was clean, very chic decorating! I had everything i needed. The bed is really comfortable and the blankets were lush and cozy. Roku on the flat screen I could stream all my favorites. Shower was so nice, amazing pressure and I love their products. Able to have a nice hot cup of black tea and coffee. It was the retreat I needed. This isn't your normal "motel" it has luxurious charm. Will stay again!

Positive: Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location. Negative: It would have been nice if there would have been staff on-site. My family had 4 rooms for our overnight stay. There were some minor things we would have requested, but weren't comfortable having to bother staff to travel in.

This motel was very clean, looked to be newly remodeled, and it was quiet! The communication about the check-in and check-out processes were very clear and easy to follow. Almost like an Air BnB, they gave a code to a lock box and your room key was inside, enter the code and away you go! The room was nice and spacious. My room did not have a closet or dresser so I “lived” out of my suitcase for my stay, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. It snowed during my stay and they kept the sidewalks and parking lot clear. I’d definitely stay here again! The town is nice, some good local food spots and Ronnings General Store is a must stop, they have everything!! Good place to hunt, hike, fish, ice fish, snowmobile, or just relax.

Very nice remodel to this place!! Was in town for a family reason. Parking lot was plowed, sidewalks and stairs and walkways were very well salted. The lady working was incredibly friendly and kind. Room was very clean. Bed and bedding were comfortable. A very basic, small room, but clean, had TV, microwave and a very cold fridge (YAY! because most hotels the fridge is barely ever cold). Wish there had been the HDMI option on the TV screen for kids to hook up gaming system. Very pleased with our stay and have already recommended it to others!! We'll definitely be back if needed!
