Days Inn by Wyndham International Falls

I can be a little bit of a snob when it comes to hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! After the Cobblestone Hotel across the street was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us, my boyfriend and I stayed here instead. The property and room were extremely clean and it was hands down the most comfortable bed we had while on our trip to Minnesota! Breakfast was pretty standard, lots of bagel/muffin/cereal type things, no hot food. Very quiet place too, although that is likely just because so few people were staying there. Very conveniently located for travelers visiting Voyageurs National Park

The only good thing I can say is the hotel was clean. Heat was non existent in both rooms we occupied. They were renovating outside of hotel and no advance notice of this was given. Would not have been an issue except the hammering until almost 9:00pm the first night. Thankfully they moved us to another room on the second night Breakfast was sparse at best so we did not use that amenity. We checked out early and cut our visit short due to the hotel experience.

Positive: Location Negative: Poor breakfast.

Very small beds, Nice Sauna, No pool and Breakfast needs a lot of help. Other than that friendly staff and very clean.

Minimal coffee available at 6:00 on a Sunday morning and no one seemed to really care. I'm not sure if what they had out was really supposed to be "breakfast", but it was minimal at best. Pretty disappointing.
