New Orleans Courtyard Hotel

My suggestion is do not stay here. On the bright side, interior courtyard and pool look very nice and the A/C works well. But, do not get a room on the road side; the street noise is awful well into late night. The blinds don't block much light and the room has some areas not dusted in a very long time. The shower hot water is luke warm at best and has little to no pressure. The beds are OK, but not great, and maid service may or may not happen. The lobby will have some cold coffee in the mornings. It is $39/night to park in their secure lot. Unfortunately it is not secure; just push a button and the gate opens--anyone can get in. Two cars had their windows smashed in overnight. When I reported to the staff, their answer was "that is the other side of the hotel". They were indifferent.

Very nice. The room was clean and simple. I enjoyed that the room had a smart tv, so it was easy to sign into my streaming services instead of depending on cable. The staff was friendly, very helpful. They had coffee and water in the morning for guests. Not sure if parking is an option, I opted to park on the street. Located perfectly, far enough where you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the quarter but close enough to walk.

Positive: Clean and quiet and good location near but not in the fray of the French Quarter. Price is great too, can't be beat. Negative: Room was kind of barren - just two beds and a night stand, and a small sink. Not much space to put things down or unpack.

I booked this hotel 2/9/26-2/12/26, during Mardi Gras and the price & availability was on point. The location is on point, literally 2 blocks from French Quarter hot spots. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet & grounds are very clean. Rooms are clean & very New Orleans..... most rooms in the Quarter are small & cozy, just as these are. I definitely will stay again!!

Honestly I would definitely stay here again because I like the first floor suite and the vibe period. The staff was cool and no one made me feel anything but straight respect and hospitality. The location was on point like right close to everything even the city bus and trolley.
