No customer service what so ever! Terrible service, they have bed bugs! Be aware!!

Good location. Nice people. Stayed two nights. The first room was okay, the second one had black mold growing and rusty bathroom towel racks. Otherwise, it was o.k.

Very rude disrespectful. I rode up on my electric skateboard to check it out for my battle buddy an his family who were coming in town. I asked if they had military discounts an the land lady just randomly told me to get off her property. There was no skateboarding which I completely understand but we both wanted to rent rooms an she judged me by my skin color. She called me a liar even though I have my drivers license an Veteran identification card. She called me a homeless crack head an said never come back to my property. I truly don’t understand the level of rudeness. Please people spare yourself the headache. Oh when my battle buddy showed up seconds later with his family she began looking through the car. His wife an 2 kids. We left based off pure unprovoked hatred. An I will be work

Horrible bed bugs roaches and black mold dirty as the dumpster outside. The city should be ashamed. The owners are liars. and thrives and the maids don't clean.. Everything was filthy the carpet black had to ask the managers to clean that. Microwave smelled like burned old coffee. Bed bugs eating you alive, mold suffocating our lungs. So much prostitutes walking around it was crazy. Nit a family friendly motel at all. Holes in the walls toilets off foundation. Please report these people...

There's nothing special about this motel and the name doesn't reflect the inside. There were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. Although, the staff did tend to the bed bugs, but you have to be persistent with them about taking care of the situation. Otherwise, they do not care. The staff is 7/10 with taking care of their patrons. They do not thoroughly clean the rooms. They'll sweep and mop real quick and they're out. No cleaning of the toilet, shower, mirror, window valance, A/C vent, or microwave. Housekeeping can be rude at times, but I've always received fresh towels, linens, and toiletries upon request. The WiFi is ridiculous here! Constant disconnects from the network and slow speeds. There is constant smoking of weed on the premises. People hang out in front of their
