I reserved a room here because, there was nothing else available for the Boise State game. Was concerned because of the reviews, however when we got there were pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect right next to campus and within walking distance of Martin Stadium. The room was updated with an LCD tv, fridge, and microwave. The room was clean with good beds and air conditioning and we were able to park in front of the room. The staff were very friendly. Overall a great stay and great game.

We didn't expect much as we were only there for one night to take a brief tour of WSU so it was perfect for location for this purpose. The room was 4 walls with no view but everything met our standards as far as beds, towels, bathroom, air quality and peaceful sleep. The complimentary breakfast was about as minimal as it could get and staff just ignored us while we fumbled our way through the facilities. The ice machine chugged a lot but produced no ice. WiFi was very slow but did the job and most importantly, we felt we got what we paid for.

First time stay had a horrible smell from the fridge, hair in the tub and a ring around the toilet. But the price seemed ok. 2nd trip, room a bit more pricey than worth but only thing available since it Was at the start of school. Water was Brown from the sink. 3rd (and last time) room rate close to $500.00 for two nights. Reserved 2 beds since there were 4 of us staying for moms weekend. Checked in and only 1 bed. So we had to squish 3 adults in the bed and one on nasty floor. Parking lot is joke. The only good thing about that place is how close to the campus it is.

I booked this room for my mother and brother who were coming to visit me. The hotel was dirty and absolutely not worth the price we paid. This was the only place available for a certain WSU event weekend and was told it would be a two night minimum. Due to the event it was something we already had to settle for. After arriving we discovered a room that looked like it hadn't been updated since the 60s. Upon further inspection there was a black ring inside the toilet, which sat crooked. The lampshades were tattered, one of which was obviously torn. The beds were slumped. I would advise anyone who is looking to stay in Pullman to avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention after being quoted $150 a night, for at MOST a $50/night room, the bill that we requested stated they increased the pri

Everything everywhere said there was breakfast and when we went to get it nobody was even in the office. When I called they were rude and said there was no breakfast, but there was on the weekends. Which is stated nowhere. Leaky faucet drove me nuts all night and so did the road right outside. There was also a bug in the shower.
