Hampton Inn Pullman

My fiancé and I had an excellent experience at the Hampton Inn in Pullman, WA while visiting to view their suites for our bridal party. From start to finish, we were genuinely impressed. The standout of our visit was Devyn at the front desk. Despite the hotel clearly being understaffed at the time, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional. She took the time to personally walk us through all of the suite options, answered every question thoroughly, and somehow managed to assist other guests along the way without missing a beat. Her level of care, multitasking, and positive attitude truly went above and beyond and made a lasting impression on us. We were also very impressed with the recent renovations. Had a great stay here. Wonderful workers, nice breakfast, excellent rooms, clean establishment and great location. Nice little bar for after evening libations. An extra was the 8:00 until 9:00 cookies and milk night. Would stay therre again!!!

This review is for the Crimson Bar and Bites. Crimson Bar and Bites is marketed as a casual lobby bar, but on busy Washington State University sports weekends, it’s effectively operating as a full-on restaurant. The problem is, management doesn’t seem to recognize that—or at least doesn’t staff it accordingly. On game weekends, a couple of employees are thrown into the fire and expected to handle what amounts to a restaurant crowd. It’s an impossible task, and they are set up for failure. The staff I’ve encountered have always been courteous when you get their attention, and doing their absolute best under the circumstances, but it’s simply not feasible for a core staff of one cook, and one person acting as a bartender and wait person to provide decent service to a packed bar and dining a

I've been pretty much living here for the past 6 months. A bunch of people from are company like staying here while we work here. The rooms have always been clean. Front desk has always been helpful. There's a bar and restaurant at the hotel, but plenty of restaurant within walking distance.

Positive: It had a good variety for Brkfat. Coffee Tea all day. Nice room. Negative: Way Overpriced due to it being University Graduation wkend..
