Courtyard by Marriott Pullman

I've stayed here many times- it's your typical Courtyard but the rooms are always clean and you can't beat the the proximity to WSU's campus. Be warned though- they no longer have shuttle service to/from the Pullman Moscow Regional Airport (PUW). I was flying in on the midnight flight and called to schedule a pickup and was told they no longer do that for every flight because the airline crews stay at a different hotel now and they don't have staff coverage. Was very disappointed since the reason I booked this hotel for my most recent trip was for the convenient transportation.

The airport to hotel shuttle was driven by a nice young man who was quite chipper. The lady at the check in desk was also very happy, helpful, and kind. I appreciated the tips of where to get water, especially. The dining area was always bustling, which was new for me as most hotels I’m in have quiet lobbies. I ordered breakfast there each morning and it was great. My room was nice and specious. The biggest drawback was my fridge and shower. The fridge had the power cool button covered up, so I wasn’t able to keep things relatively cool, especially my breastmilk, so I had to leave it because it never froze. This is the 2nd court yard I’ve stayed in with the shower wall not keeping all the water in while I shower. It’s frustrating because half the bathroom floor is sprinkled with water. Ove

Very nice room with wonderful walk in shower. Unique furniture designs. Quiet temperature control. Spacious. Employee had his mask down at check in and did not inform us to insert the key card into the slot for the lights to work. While I am not a hardcore traveler, i have stayed in my fair share of hotels and have never seen this feature before. It definitely needs to be explained to people. Other than that, a great hotel.

I wore a brand new pair of slippers and the black residue proves the level of filth in this room. The sink was clogged badly with hair, and the white shower floor was discolored with more dirt. The fridge barely worked, so botulism is also a risk if you dare store food requiring proper refrigeration. Marriot courtyard skips a complimentary breakfast, but hey you can spend an additional $20 for a one hour to prepare breakfast sandwich in the cafe (line their pockets but your stay won't be enjoyable since they cut so many corners. Upper management must make their money first lol). Oh and parking is $10 daily (you're kidding right?) Don't stay here. It's more like a motel 2, not a name brand like Marriot. I'm warning you this location is not a good place to stay, and Marriot no longer

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times were great. The staff was super accommodating, nice, and quick to respond to anything I needed. The hotel was clean, staff was nice and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
