Nautical Nest Hudson

This is effectively an Airbnb, not a hotel. |The unit was nice but I would not call this an hotel. Good to have coffee in the room and shared kitchen with other items but all things in this location were in the cheap side. Not espresso but rather "best press" for example... it is a renewed townhouse in a deserted street with auto checking. I would post this location in Airbnb and not in the hotel section of agoda where we booked it . None of the reviews or descriptions included this information.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nautical Nest in Hudson, New York. The space was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly affordable, especially for such a prime location. The rooms are charming and cozy, and if you opt for one with a balcony, it adds an extra touch of magic to the experience. The hosts/owners were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to making guests feel at home. The property sits in a great area of town, making it easy to explore everything Hudson has to offer. There’s so much nearby: shops, galleries, cafes, and plenty to do for a perfect weekend getaway. Great little place right off Warren street. Nice and quiet in the AM. My only complaint is that the mattress was a bit hard.. and I would have liked a spot where I could put my makeup on and see myself, other than the bathroom. The lighting was dim. But the room was really clean and very quaint and I felt very comfortable! Worked out nicely...

We had a lovely mid-week, mid-winter stay at the Nautical Nest. Our stay was very comfortable. The quiet building is beautifully decorated, and the balcony offered a tranquil and private outdoor escape. Centrally located, there were many options within walking distance from the Nautical Nest. Parking was a breeze, with many options nearby. This peaceful spot offers the comforts of a traditional hotel with the vibe of a homey B&B. We will most definitely return for a restful retreat at the Nautical Nest.

(2025 Dec) I had a great stay here. Booked 2 rooms - Suite 1 on ground floor and Suite 4 on the 2nd floor. Rooms were spacious and clean. Space was warm. Décor was very nicely done. Homely and comfortable. The small kitchenette area on ground floor has a kettle and some snacks and also fruits. Mugs are provided should you need them. The checkin is also smooth. My code was wrong and the support staff was able to rectify immediately - no dramas. I really highly recommend this stay. I had booked The Wick (Marriott) but decided to change to Nautical Nest and was disappointed. The location is great. St Florian across the street is a great spot for your evening drinks.
