Long Story Short NY

Our stay @Long Story Short was absolutely perfection from start to finish! Jilan’s excellent communication and advice was delivered with the utmost professionalism. It truly felt like our home away from home for our girls weekend! Every creature comfort that you could imagine, the house had. The rooms and kitchen were beautiful, stocked and well appointed. Sweet treats and snacks were left around the house for us and it was just such a pleasant experience! We’re already counting down the days to return!! Thank you for making it such a lovely stay!!

This home was so classy and highly curated but incredibly comfortable at the same time. It has the vibe of a boutique hotel but at a better price point. I loved being here for a holiday weekend with friends - the decor is stunning and elegant and fun and everything was spotless and welcoming. Jilan is a lovely hostess. Her vibe is from the heart and magical, just a beautiful soul. Its a perfect place for a weekend getaway, right on Warren street in Hudson with millions of shops and restaurants. But inside the house feels like you are in the country, in front of a fire on cozy couches. The kitchen has every amenity and the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. you will be very happy you stayed at Long Story Short!

The house is beautifully decorated yet has a cozy feel, the multiple floors allow for a communal group stay yet you can still have your own personal space, and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with anything you’d ever need. Jilan is the perfect host - relaxed and welcoming, pays attention to every detail, and offers great suggestions for local food and fun. I’ve been recommending Long Story Short to all my friends!

This retreat is a little bit of heaven! The amenities are wonderful and the decor is clean and inviting, done with a skillful eye to comfort and beauty. Lovely and homey, but not in the least bit pretentious. Every corner offers a cozy spot to settle in and read a book, have conversation or just relax. Hudson it self has so much to offer in the way of trendy shops, restaurants and hip bars! This is a great place to gather friends and family for a get away or a special occasion.
