Nautical Beach Properties

The staff were very nice and friendly. However, the town/property were not family friendly. We booked this hotel as a stop on our way home from Maine to PA. I don’t like to give negative reviews. However, I can’t let this happen to another family. We have teenagers. It would have been even worse if we had young children. |If you are not there to party/drink (which is fine!!), do not go there. The bar across the street went strong until 1:30/2:00am. Around 12:00am a man tried to get into our room, leading our oldest to spring out of bed and barricade the door. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I do not want to completely destroy this hotel. The young people in the office, who I’m going to guess are the owners, were very nice and I believe trying their best. But this town

Was an amazing stay. The whole staff is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Have been here numerous times and it’s a wonderful visit! Will definitely be back.

The customers service is exceptional.We have been staying here for last 5 years and we just love it. We rent 6bedroom beach house on M Street. It meets all our needs and we will definitely come back again next summer.

The location was very convenient for going to the beach. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Upon arrival we were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds instead of 2 double. The room was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely bring my family back there again. Thank you Nautical for a great stay.

Location was great but the room was not as pictured. The room was very small, the bathroom was disgusting and It was clearly not washed properly as curly long hairs were stucked on the wall and could see dirts on the edge of the wall. I wiped the door knobs with a wipe and it came out dirty. The ceiling was full of yellow stains. I felt like crying but didnt complain as I didnt want to ruin our vacation with the kids. I took pictures of the room and planning to ask for refund from credit card company.
