NATION'S INN of Wake County - Raleigh Crabtree

Check in was not smooth-it took more than 15 min. Property was not clean-spider webs, dead bugs, bird poop (no, I’m not kidding!), and crumbling concrete in check in area (it isn’t a lobby; more like an old, glass telephone booth). Room was very simple and stripped down to the bare minimal with too few outlets. The room had a very “unclean” feel. Holes in the curtains. Bathroom was so grimy. There were holes in the walls; one hole had toilet paper shoved into it. There was only one side of the toilet paper roll holder.

The best hotel to stay at walking distance to nearly 60 stores. Cleanest rooms people at the hotel are nice as can be checked in no problem fast on point. This hotel definitely gets 5 stars. We will stay there at all times you're like, walking distance to a killer steakhouse in any kind of story you can imagine. Love y'all's hotel so clean.Thank you so much.See you guys again soon

Never go there it’s very dirty place, I talked to staff they were so rude and never return the $60 deposit. I booked for 3 nights for $280.00 ended up to stay only night and leave since we had very bad experience. When complained about the room that needs to be cleaned the staff said go book somewhere else it’s not 5 star hotel since I paid $340.00 with deposit for 3 nights and anywhere else with that price you get the best room and better customer service.

The man at the front desk was super friendly, however that was really the only nice thing about this INN. There was mold on the shower linings on the wall, most of the plug-ins didn't work, 2 of the desk lights didn't work, the front door as well as the bathroom door was hard to close, the toilet paper roll holder was broken so had to put the toilet paper on the back of the toilet, the shower water took a while to get hot. Overall would not stay here again, honestly. Not to mention as soon as you walk into the room there was a moldy smell, definitely wasn't worth the money.

Safe, quiet area. Clean, comfortable room. The owner was absolutely delightful! Best deal near the airport by far. Will be booking again whenever I’m in the area 😌
