Absolutely the sweetest little spot with the most beautiful lake (especially to wake up to each morning!). The staff that had taken over had truly done such a wonderful job turning it around and you can tell they’re putting their all into it. The bathrooms were always clean and well air conditioned, the campground was clean and spacious and they even had fun activities for kids of all ages! The fishing was excellent (we caught a small pike?!), a super nice nature trail to take a walk around, the sky is crystal clear and full of stars at night, and the grounds are very dog friendly! We cannot wait to come back!

This is a quaint little KOA- told they've taken it over in last couple years and just trying to get it back up to par. We stayed in a cabin on the water, no beach access and water was little murky but still beautiful view. The office was extremely sweet - girls were very nice, accommodating, explained everything. We needed to do a site switch for my sons RV and they didn't hesitate to help them with what was available. Was pretty quiet, kids loved the beach and water, the bikes, playground and bouncy pillow were fun. It was nice that they had nice wooden lounge chairs at each spot for you to find a shady spot to let the kids hang out. Only down side was the freeway noise but overall we had fun. :)

We had a great stay at the Muskegon KOA! We booked a lovely lakefront rustic cabin and really enjoyed the walking path around the lake and the docks for fishing—especially enjoyed fishing right at our own site. The kids had a blast at the basketball court, and there was plenty to keep us all active and entertained. The staff were absolutely wonderful—very helpful, attentive, and friendly without being intrusive. There was an incident where the septic system backed up in the main bathroom, but maintenance had it handled and resolved very quickly. We were honestly impressed with how efficiently and professionally the staff took care of it, especially on a busy weekend. One small suggestion: it would be great if the rustic cabins included a microwave and mini fridge. We’ve enjoyed this amen

We have camped here for many years but quit going because of how it was being run. I now would give this place a 10. The new managers and owner of this place are taking pride in the atmosphere and how it looks. Very friendly staff and the store has so much more to offer at decent prices. They have added a new bounce pillow, a mining game and new play equipment, new fire pits and the grounds look amazing. Also if you have pets the pet area is great.

We just stayed from Saturday 7-19 to Wednesday 7-23 with our two daughters. It was an amazing experience. The staff are really friendly, they kept everything nice and clean. They have a nice little nature trail around the lake. Two docks to fish off of on the back side of the lake. A nice little swimming area with a floating dock to jump off of. I definitely would give this place a try. We are considering coming back next year
