Customer Reviews
I just returned home and wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. I had a wonderful experience, and it was a very pleasant visit. BTW - no bugs, clean, and smelled great when I walked in. I would like to give a special shout-out to Will. He consistently displayed a "get it done" attitude with a smile and was truly a great person to work with. His professionalism and positive demeanor made a significant impact on my stay. Thank you, and please pass my thanks along to Will.
The hotel is extremely outdated and felt grimy. The room was unpleasant to the point where I decided to check out early and head to the Holiday Inn down the street, which was brand new and a much better option.||While some of the staff were friendly, the check-in process left much to be desired. The gentleman who checked me in was unnecessarily extra, asking to see my entire wallet because my military ID wouldn’t come out easily. I travel frequently (Weekly) and have stayed at numerous Marriott and Hilton properties, and I’ve never been asked to hand over my ID—just to show it. It felt like an unnecessary hassle.||As for the room, it was in poor condition. The bathtub was unusable, so I had to settle for a quick wash-up. THEM TUBS ARE NASTY!! The table between the lamp was filthy, and the
Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Charles at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. He guided us through all of our questions during our stay and made us feel like we were already familiar at the hotel. There’s construction outside in the hallways of the rooms so not super appealing at first but room are clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Negative: Breakfast choices were limited, exercise room was small and only had treadmills and an elliptical. The room was odd shaped and sofa uncomfortable.
We never arrived until 5am in the morning and they allowed us a late checkout so we could get some sleep. Very gracious. The towels were big and fluffy, the shower was excellent, beds very comfy and the premises were clean. Good location close to shops. Location is being renovated.
