Delta Hotels Muskegon Convention Center

We enjoyed a one night stay here. The front desk was helpful and pleasant, overall the hotel was at a proper level of cleanliness. We ate at the restaurant, food was super, although wait time for food/drinks was pretty long due to understaffing it seemed like. The gym got the job done. Keep up the good work, it’s appreciated!

Taking a bit of a siesta, I took an overnight trip out to the Western Michigan area. I stayed at this facility. What I didn't realize until I arrived is that a wedding party was staying there as well. Historically, wedding parties tend to be louder than usual guests. Fortunate for me, I didn't have any party members on my floor. ||My check-in was super easy. The team member was very friendly and polite. ||My room was very clean and comfy. It was the first room that I stayed in that was connected to both the rooms on either side of me. ||In the morning, I went down for breakfast early (7:30a). My server was incredibly wonderful. She provided excellent service while managing a party that kept growing. I think it started with a party of four and ended up as a party of fourteen. ||Gre

Came down for the Michigan state bowling tournament and everything was 10 mins away. Good restaurant on the grounds. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the fish and chips. Very small portion. The manager was nice enough to discount the meal for one of our party members. But I suggest avoiding that. Rooms are very nice, updated, clean. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and fresh linen.

The location is great! The lobby personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough but the bed was very firm and not what I am used to when I stay at (formerly) Starwood resorts. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a large shower head and a handheld spray wand that was amazing! I wanted to run home and buy one for my shower. There were no housekeeping services during our stay, so we had to request additional shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper (coffee ran out as well but we just bought our own at the coffee shop in the lobby), but those were quickly delivered to our room upon request. However, I'm sure there are staffing issues due to COVID so I don't hold that against them. I gave the room 9/10 rating due to the hard mattress. Overall, it was a lovely place an

Great stay! Had to book another unexpected stay due to snow and everyone was so welcoming! Food was decent at the bar. Clean, updated and comfy rooms. I was snowed in and I went to the front desk to ask for a shovel, they ended up calling Maintenance to help me get out! Dan was awesome and moved my car and cleaned off the snow! Loved my stay here!
