Moxy Memphis Downtown

I stayed here last march for a week and had the best time. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff and locals friendly. In walking distance to lots of attractions in Memphis. My stay was everything and more than I could hope for a birthday trip. Many fond memories. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning

Booked 3 night weekend trip, hotel has a trendy vibe. Actual room was dirty AC loud and annoying.Chose to deal with since booked through a 3rd party….no house keeping services took 2 requests to get shampoo. Price for room to expensive for size and lack of amenities - free coffee & water offered. Plus side front desk staff nice. I cleaned floor with lysol wipes.

I’ve been to Moxy hotels in 3 countries, and in Memphis the concept makes the most sense. The staff were friendly, inside and out, and the facilities were in good shape. I’d stay here again, and would recommend.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to Beale St and restaurants. The check-in process was easy and parking was available in front of the hotel. I received two drink vouchers upon check-in. The room was small but very efficient and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I liked the option furniture you would bring down from the wall. Also, it was nice that a steamer was provided as this is the typical way i refresh my clothing. The tv had great options (standard cable and streaming). All of the hotel staff were kind and welcoming. My only issue was that the rug in my room was stained. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I LOVED my weekend here!!! Such a cute, fun vibe. Clean! I loved that it was comfortable enough to hang out in or do some work in the lobby. My friend and I didn't feel a need to leave to go find somewhere to visit. It's alright easily walkable to lots of places. I'll absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
