Mountain View RV and MHC Park

Excellent choice! Stephanie, the office manager & her maintenance team are honest, friendly, prompt & helpful! The park is kept well & neighbors are delightful. Safe, affordable & great location with gorgeous views! I have been here for 2 years and couldn't be happier with my decision to call this community my home!

Been here for two years! This is literally the nicest/safest place we’ve lived in the springs. Neighbors keep to themselves but are all extremely nice. Stephanie is FANTASTIC. Seriously great place to live and would recommend it to everyone. This is not a typical “trailer park”. If we ever have an issue going forward(haven’t so far) we are confident Stephanie would step in to help. Thanks again!

In December 2020 I contacted the manager Stephanie about any openings in the park since I was being transferred from Denver to Colorado Springs for my job. From that moment on Stephanie was very helpful and went out of her way to reserve a lot for us as I wasn’t starting my new job until February 1, 2021. We lived there for 13 months and now we have moved out of the State but we would still be there if we had not moved. It was a very nice place to live and like I said Stephanie always went out of her way to help us in anyway she is very professional and is a great manager. We had a problem with one of the residents and she did not hesitate to contact this individual and help resolve the problem for us. I recommend this park to anyone as it’s kept clean and maintained very well.

Excellent park. One of the safest places I’ve lived. Stephanie and Chris and the management do a great job at being kind, maintaining the park, and also being friendly to all the residents. Can’t really say enough good things. And it’s still affordable to live here.

I was lucky to find this place and had such and amazing experience. I lived in my travel trailer for about 1.5years and I’ve seen such an improvement made by the new management. The community is much cleaner and I always felt safe both day and night there. All minor issues that arose were quickly taken care of and they even have cameras set up! 🎥 If I’m ever back in Colorado Springs, I would want to stay here again 🏔 😊 THANK YOU MOUNTAINVIEW FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
