Mountain View Inn Yreka

Hello. My name is Kimberly Scott and I stayed at mountain view inn in yreka CA from the 10 th to the 16th of January. I paid to stay from the 20 th to the 17 th. I was offered to rent by the week and I agreed to $350 a week. Room 103. The manager Jim told me that if I want to keep my room he strongly advise me to pay for a week or more ahead. Before he said no refund if I left sooner than what I paid for. So then he said no you'll get your refund. I said okay and I paid for a week in advance from the 18 th to the 24 th of January. I checked out on the 16 th. I called the night before and the next morning to let him know I was checking out and needed my refund. He said no problem just come get it when I check out. I left after noon time so was understandably charged for the following day. B

I really love these people that manage this motel. Whenever things aren't going well for me I go to there motel. This year 2025/2026 on new Year's eve I broke my ankle. They were really awesome including their son Nick. They let me go to the hospital and hooked me up with a room that I paid with my last bit of money While I was their they helped me in anyway they could. Very pleasant people and place. I love em, God bless you at The mountain inn. You all are the greatest!!

It's budget friendly. Let's be clear we got three beds for like 80 bucks. Given that it's the best price in town, we rolled in very late (around midnight). The guy at the front was helpful and attentive. We had cable, hot water, comfy beds. The place was clean everything worked. Not run down and didn't have bugs. We thought it was great and honestly expected it to be nasty given the price. We just needed a place to crash on our road trip and this place was way more than we expected. I knew after we had a great night's rest and very low noise levels the whole time, I had to leave a review for this guy! I wish I could say I'd stay here again but I likely won't find myself in the town of Yreka again. Don't overlook this place it's a little gem!!

The rooms are well-worn but clean, the price is right, friendly people and we were the only noise problem.

Pretty Quiet at night & mostly during the day. The Managers/Owners Are currently busy restoring the rooms at the motel. The rooms are clean and this is a new king size bed in here plus new TV on the wall and a heater 2 stay warm ...the WIFI is excellent & included in the price At the moment the motel is on OFF SEASON rates which is *very reasonable & very welcome to a frazzled and tired driver. Weekly rates currently at $400 plus taxes I'm still "decompressing" from a long 17 hour drive from up North in Washington State, so I was very grateful for the room & shelter from all the storms, heavy traffic and freezing *30 Weather!! The storm & heavy rain was coming down pretty snowy & slushy at the Shasta Summits, so the driving was slow and was very crowded with traffic; So it's good to
