I paid for the room online! And when I went to pick up keys from front desk they asked me for an extra 100$ to get the key! Saying it was a safety deposit fee! I didn't know about that, so I cancel the reservation Through booking.com! And now I need this place to sign an email from booking.com to get my refund back! and the front desk lady was so rude and unprofessional saying she can't do anything about it and to call booking.com! I already did and all she needs to do it sign an email from them. And she won't do it saying the manager only works one day a week!? Horrible!! I just hope I get the refund back and they are not trying to steal from me!!!

Avoid this property!!! Front desk clerk was so rude to us we didn’t feel safe staying. She said we were rude to her and because of this would not give us anything. All we asked for was a couple of extra pillows and to fix a blinking led recessed light. We contacted Orbitz told them our issue and they gave us a partial refund. We immediately booked another hotel. |When checking there was some sort tablet that showed a contract? but it was only visible for a few seconds. There was then a screen that came up requiring our signature. I asked to back it up so we could see what we were signing, but the clerk refused.|The hotel also charged a $10 “property fee” and when we asked the clerk what it was for, she gave some very odd explanation about utilities and supposedly all hotels charged this fe

don’t ever stay here. booked my room in advance and they cancelled my room on valentines weekend with no email notice that my room had been cancelled leaving me stranded since every other hotel was completely booked and hung up on me. i’ve never received service so terrible

Basic simple Motel with a great location on Rt 66 at a great price. If you're just needing a place to sleep, it's perfect. The office manager was perfectly friendly and nice. The one star reviews complaining about rudeness must be from self entitled karens. The AC, Fridge, microwave, TV, shower all worked great and the bed was soft and comfortable. I won't hesitate to stay here again.
