Moulton Hotel

The manager was the sweetest! So friendly and helpful! We stayed for the Smuttynose half marathon and she was very accommodating letting us check out a little late. They have free cereal, bagels, mini cinnamon rolls, random pastries, coffee, and water. How lovely! The rooms were clean and the view is amazing 🤩 Don’t listen to the snobs. This ain’t The Ritz, it’s a charming beach hotel with amazing caretakers. Love love will be back 😘 Thank you, Moulton Hotel

I recently took a trip to Hampton Beach for the first time. I decided to stay at the Moulton due to its proximity to the beach — it’s literally right across the street! Plus, with the balcony in my room I was able to keep an eye on the beach at all times. It was really nice! ||||Oh, and Wednesday night is fireworks which was a lot of fun! The staff made popcorn for the kids to eat while watching the fireworks, it was really cute and nice! Also when I was there, the staff also got an ice cream cake to surprise a couple who has been staying there for many years, because it was their 30th anniversary! The Moulton Hotel may not be a 5 star hotel, but you CANNOT beat the location, plus the staff are great. I can't even tell you how many times they offered to help us bring our luggage up to our room, etc. I even stated to them that you don't find very often anymore. Not at lower cost hotels. Which, by the way, the Moulton Hotel is probably the least expensive hotel to stay at when staying at Hampton Beach. The location is PERFECT since it's literally across the street from the beach. They gave great ocean front rooms that are half the cost of other hotels on the strip. Yes, it's a little dated, but if you want to be right across the street from the beach, and have a great people watching spot, stay at the Moulton. Prices were great for the location. The owners that run it are absolutely wonderful people. They went above and beyond without any questions. They even went and picked up my for i ordered out . Clean rooms . Decent breakfast and a great little dog name boobah. She's sweet and loved our room and came every morning with 2 little barks to let us know she wanted to play . So thanks Moulton we will definitely be back and recommend to others .

DISGUSTING, DIRTY & INSANELY SMALL! Stayed on top floor with bigger balcony - dirty gross room & bathroom was size of closet (NOT JOKING) A couldnt sit on toilet without knees hotting door (im 5’1”) Stained sheets & comforter - Pillows smelled like old sweat mixed with febreze! Went to buy cheap ones at walmart cuz i for sure wasnt asking for new ones after seeing these disgusting ones! Mold & mildew covered shower & shower faucet - tile floor peeling up from leaking toilet AC had at least 1” of dust on the filter & also on outer cover - I cleaned it myself just so we could turn the air on!
