Customer Reviews
We had a great stay! Clean and comfy room, great location, cool restaurant and cafe accessible, great cost to stay, and the hotel staff were all lovely. We ended up booking a second night as soon as we arrived and were able to keep our same room, no hassle. The vending machine had some surprising fresh, healthy treats. Would stay again!
Positive: The staff was excellent. Negative: Wow! I would take your name off this hotel Hilton. The room was less than average. The bed was bumpy and so were the pillow. The bathroom sink had hair in it. I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it.
I liked that it is renovated and the general look of the restaurant. The rooms are small, no coffee, no closet, no iron. Ice machine in the basement. The AC was made a super loud noise, worst I've ever had. TV was good and safe too. The staff is generally attentive, but they did forget to offer me the water bottles that they offered all HH members There was normally one person for check in and luggage pickup, creating a wait. The bathroom wash basin faucets were really hard.
For starters, this property does not have proper hot water. Even when the shower is turned all the way up, the water is barely warm, making it uncomfortable to bathe. The bedding was also concerning. The beds appeared to have only mattress covers and a loose top sheet—no properly fitted sheet. The sheet constantly came off during the night, and it did not give the impression that linens were being fully changed between guests. That said, the servers and staff were the highlight of the stay. They were consistently kind, polite, and professional, and I truly appreciated their attitude and service. Unfortunately, the café was overpriced for the quality offered. The empanadas were disappointing. At the restaurant, I ordered shrimp and scallop ceviche and was served only three pieces of shri
The front desk staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Check in was smooth, and they took the time to help us find the best room available. The Booking.com listing was somewhat misleading regarding parking. It mentioned parking and that there was a parking garage, which led me to assume hotel parking was available. We were initially told it would be $75 overnight parking, though it ended up being $47 the next day. Thank goodness. The location is prime location. We were in town for a Philadelphia game, and the hotel was easy to find and very close to everything. The room was very clean and did include a mini fridge. There is no microwave, coffee maker, or ice machine. Breakfast is not included, and coffee is not complimentary, both must be purchased separately. Overall, t
