Great over all. Rooms exceptionally clean and roomy. The staff was over all great besides our first person on Friday 3/6. She was an older lady and wasn’t very welcoming and rude when asked questions or help. The shuttle service also was 1/10 our first day we requested a ride for 12:30pm, the gentleman got there at 12:20 by 12:31 we were outside waiting and the same lady told us “ he didn’t want to wait and left “ which didn’t make much sense to me, if we requested it at 12:30. After that we didn’t ever bother requesting rides anymore, which sucked. The gentlemen Saturday 3/7, tall young white man with curly hair and lady 3/8 were very much more helpful and wonderful. Was very appreciative for them. The tv also needing us to use our phones to cast to the tv wasn’t the best either. Consider

My experience was good. Everything was clean nice fancy the people were very friendly, especially kaio he was very helpful. all the amenities were good. The noise was peaceful. Very good pricing. The rooms are beautiful. The atmosphere was dice.

I can’t say enough good things about this one bedroom, hotel suite. It was clean spacious. It had all the amenities, including a washer and dryer and it is well situated on music row, giving easy access to Broadway.

When we first walked into our room, water was pouring from the ceiling into the bedroom and the hallway. Someone let the water overflow upstairs. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience and always asked if we needed anything by text or downstairs. It was okay. Beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t get certain tv stations without paying extra and Valet was like &40 per night. That was ridiculous! I would stay there again if it didn’t cost so much to park and a few other things. That is the only reason we have a 4 star on here and the girl that was working that night when I couldn’t call valet told us that was a different company and we would have to go outside and ask them. Our room was spacious which was great. Nice sized family room as well with kitchen was a plus! The problem is the furniture in the family room are so hard and uncomfortable, making it really hard to spend anytime in the room. Also the bedrooms are so marked up with black marks on the walls. Should be freshened up to look better. Not what I would expect at a nicer hotel. We enjoyed the location, very quiet. The parking is an additional $50 or $60 which I didnt see mentioned in the booking was an unexpected expense.
