Motel 6 Wisconsin Rapids, WI

Nicely remodeled rooms, with the exception of a very loud HAC unit. Otherwise room was very clean. Good price for basic stay, good service. Nice channel selection on TV. Quiet other than the noisy fan on heat.

The room was clean, and they changed the towels each day and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk person was very nice. Lot of parking available. We stayed with our dogs, and they had an area for us to walk the dog

Where do I begin with my night in room 109. First there was the distinct smell of Indian Food when I entered the room. The smoke detector was hanging by its wires. It was not secured to the ceiling. The wifi signal was weak. I had to use my phone’s hotspot to use the internet. The TV program guide boasted 40 channels. However, It only allowed me to tune into 6 channels. And the room’s heater was noisy when working. So much so, I just turned it off so I could sleep. The room may have been recently repainted as there was splattered paint on the heating/AC unit. However, the bed was comfortable.

This place worked for just me staying a night and wanting a budget friendly room. The bed was decent and had a modern looking frame. The desk and side table were pretty modern design. There was a small TV in the room which had basic cable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool, humidity was an issue but was tolerable. The shower was clean as well as the toilet and bath sink area. There was a dorm size fridge and microwave in the room. Guest services were polite and responded quickly to my concerns, so was happy with that. I would stay again but if I were on a longer visit I'd choose a place with breakfast and a pool or something.

Rooms are very clean and recently remodeled. For the budget friendly price, it is great value for what you get. I would definitely recommend
