Maples Motel

This is the best place to stay in wisconsin Rapids. Mr.Greg & the staff are very friendly. The rooms are so clean and every room has its own theme! Me, husband, kids, & dog have stayed here twice while my husband is here working at the mill, both times have been awesome! Full kitchens, pots, pans, everything u need to cook is in the room! There's a pool, a fire pit, grill, tables outside. Very nice to hang out by the fire in the evenings. I love this place and recommend it to everyone!!

Very small with not much included outside utilities. Tiny refrigerator and carpets from decades ago. The pool never even opened 😢

Thought it looked cute... from the outside. Took my family to Wisconsin rapids on a work trip and the whole town is very sketchy. We needed a money order for a motel. Down the street we needed to give 20 in cash for a down payment. 19 out of 20 stores are shut down. Not a town even bothering with. It's quite obvious the place has lost all trust in humanity and each other to the point that using a card and ID is unacceptable. I will sleep the next town over and drive extra just to avoid it here. I feel bad for the owners. Not enough to drive extra for a money order. Just enough to pray they find a safer and happier place to live

Only thing is they don't give people with evictions a chance to even rent for a few nights. Or anything other then that they're pretty good , they use to rent to people with evictions I think but I got a clean record I just got eviction barring me from everywhere so it's very difficult now.

I had the best experience in this motel over any other place we stayed in Wisconsin. Management is friendly, there are full sized ovens with stove tops, kitchen sink and full size fridge, bathroom area was very nice, the moose heads on the walls gave it a definite cabin feel and my kids loved the duck pond with the rubber ducks in it. Also with it being across the street from Kwik trip, it's perfect.
