Motel 6 Virginia Beach, VA

One of my favorite places to stay in Virginia Beach. The hospitality is amazing! Front desk is always helpful and patient. I love what it is that spray in the rooms there it smells amazing. I love the view of town center in the back. I always feel safe and relaxed. Even though I live up the street I like to go there just to relax because of how kind the front desk it, and how welcome I feel.

I've stayed at this location many times and never left a review and I thought today I should give some credit to my beautiful motel 6 extended family! All my ladies at the front desk for starters they have a lot of responsibilities and not to mention handle alot of different kinds of situations both good and bad. Always keeping it professional and positive!! It was disgusting and completely overpriced. The bathrooms look nothing like the pictures. They had a shower and drain system (no shower walls/ shower curtain) with just a filthy shower head. If you book this motel make sure to wear shower shoes or crocs the floors are ridiculous. The floors are dirty all through the motel (do not walk barefooted). Our room’s toilet seats was hanging off as-well. We seen multiple spiders and spider webs. The sheets and pillows smelled like it hadn’t been wished. Me and my family had to lay blankets and sheets over the pillows and motel blankets to even feel clean. The remote to the TV was broke, sticky and, barely touchable. So dirty, we could not breathe. They gave us a hard time about coming and cleaning them. AC unit was not working they had to come and replace that. The people in the room next to us up screaming and fighting all night and no one would do anything about it. They were smoking pot in our room smelled like pot all the time the old lady at the front desk that wears the different colored wigs was very nasty and mean to people she wasn’t very helpful. She always blamed everything on the people instead of taking responsibility for her mistakes. even though we paid a week at a time we had to keep going and getting our keys reprogrammed because they would stop working every day. finally they decided the up the amount for the weekly stays by a couple hundred dollars so we decided to leave.
