Motel 6 Victorville, CA - Apple Valley

From day one EVERYTHING was super helpful and accommodating, at first my sister and I could not check-in on time because of a business delay and once we explained the complication, the staff was very understanding and helpful. We then make it to our same day reservation for our check-in and Ms. Renetta was absolutely amazing!! She smiled and welcomed us and was so relaxed about answering our questions about coffee times and wifi access,laundry room access, she personally assisted us with our t.v. because we were new to understanding how it worked and she calmly showed us how to use the remote and how the t.v. box works and assured us we can always inform her if we run into any complications again.. She was so nice about it and everything just went so smoothly, she really made us feel welco

The first room they put us in there was blood on the walls then the next two rooms are always dirty and smell and then the next day when my family arrived we thought OK. The room is not that bad. They had a bad smell to it, but it was probably 75% clean compared to the other two but unfortunately in the middle of the night I reached down to get my phone and pulled up a drug pipe and two weeks later still waiting for a return call looks like I’m gonna have to file court procedures. Cause it’s not about the little $300 yeah it sucks to pay for rooms that we’re nasty but to not even get an apology for putting my daughters in danger with their being a drug pipe in the room now that’s just ridiculous

Quiet and calm area it felt safe for me and my kids. Bathroom was beautiful. The cleaning ladies always had a smile on their faces and offered any help they could give. The front desk workers were very helpful and just overall friendly people! I stayed here 2 weeks and I would definitely come back and stay again 🙏🏽

Pretty good for a Motel 6. Was traveling through the area to NorCal and stopped here after riding a motorcycle through the desert and checking out some trails. The lady at the desk was super nice and I even got her a cheesecake from the next door restaurant. It was quite and I was able to get a lot of rest for the day ahead.

The person at the front desk was stellar! Helpful, kind, and funny she was. The rooms felt like gym clothes left in your bag without washing them. The "air conditioner" complained noisily all night long, the plumbing screamed a gurgling howl in the paper thin walls when neighbors turned on a tap. Parking was generous as it accomodated our moving truck pulling a trailer, but there were so many variations about not opening your door to someone you haven't positively identified, not leaving valuables in your car, and the parking lot was lit up like a night football game which shown through the overworn fabric of the window covering that I slept with one eye open all night ( and two eyes open when the neighbor flushed the toilet!)
