Motel 6 Tempe, AZ - Broadway - ASU

I want to say one thing first these beautiful ladies in the front have helped my son and I out in so many ways the hospitality is beyond what I could imagine and my son and I enjoyed so much being here and glad we chose motel 6 … they also need a raise on how amazingly hard they all work together

Positive: it was quiet Negative: The shower was not clean.Cold air leaked in around the AC/heater.

Our experience at this Motel 6 was great! The kiosk was definitely different, but very effective and easy. Ben was a great help for sure! The only issues were that the floor of the room was very dirty and could not walk with no shoes without the bottom of our socks or feet out the shower, getting pretty much black. The card was also an issue, as it didn’t work so well the following day. But the associates helped out with that with no problem. Other than that, the location is great with many things to do around!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany at this Motel 6. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and worth choosing over other motels. From the moment I arrived she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The only issue I ran into during my stay was the off & on odor from the restroom pipes I’m assuming. And the electronic key cards not working properly sometimes (which the staff urgently took care of). Other than that, Tiffany felt like a breath of fresh air with her smile and personality. She consistently made sure I knew I could come to her with any questions or needs. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care really stood out and made my experience here much more positive than expected 😊 Customer service like hers is rare and it honestly

Here's the deal. You can sleep here. You'll be ok. The staff is very nice. The bed was fine but its metal base was loud, so is the road noise. And we can literally see outside through the unhinged falling off the wall AC unit. Lol. The main Ceiling light went to at a rave recently and was never right again (strobe light effects). No fridge, but giant cabinet for it... which was not particularly useful for anything else and ate up a large part of the teeny tiny space. No ice machine on the property either, but there's a circle k nearby. Bathroom was very outdated, dirty tile, but functional and had really hot water though. And my biggest gripe... No storage anywhere, was living out of suitcase. Oh and the Electric outlets were across the room not by bed. Problem for those using medical devi
