Motel 6 Spokane, WA - West

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I wish I could give this place zero stars. Where do I even begin? The conditions were absolutely terrible. The location felt unsafe, and the overall atmosphere was unsettling. I witnessed an attempted sexual assault, And attempted sexual assault on myself as well, and the staff did nothing when I reported it. The people around seemed questionable, which only added to my discomfort. When I got to my room, it was in awful condition, there were roaches, bed bugs, and an overwhelming lack of cleanliness. Even after requesting a room change, the next room was just as bad, more bugs and filth everywhere. I felt unsafe and disgusted throughout my stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s not worth the risk or the money!

Positive: "" Negative: The inside door handle of the room came off in my hand when I tried to leave the room the first time. For a non-smoking room it reeked. The key card did not function for the replacement room so we requested a refund and left without staying the night.

Clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the adjacent scenery. The hotel is surrounded by an upscale neighborhood, with security that drives through frequently making guests feel at ease. Downtown Spokane is a short 5 minute drive away. Fresh coffee served every morning. The front desk staff and management are all very friendly and accommodating to any need, night or day. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years in Spokane, and this is the only one I stay at anymore. You get it all with a price that can’t be beat, wonderful staff, and clean, quiet safe rooms.

Drug dealers and prostitutes operating in full view, and apparently with the approval of the desk clerk and security, shattered glass in broken security doors, abandoned furniture outside, graffiti on walls of my room, non operational shower, loud fights and loose dogs in the hallways, no WiFi signal, truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a motel in my life. I should’ve run away when I walked into the lobby and saw a bleeding handcuffed man waiting for an ambulance next to a prostitute who asked me if I needed company.

I will NEVER COME BACK to this Motel 6! I never write reviews but this beats all… 1. They gave us a room that was slept in… laundry on the floor and beds were slept in then moved us to cleaned room. 2. Then some guy outside slides the window open from the outside and sticks his head in our room !!! My 13 yr old son says: “Dad look some guy just opened the window and stuck his head in our room”! I called the front desk and got little help! He claimed he looked around, but I stood at my window and never saw him physically check the parking lot. I asked him to review is security cameras and got a BS runaround! 3. THE WINDOW LOCKS DON’T WORK! These are cheep vinyl frames and even after I finally managed to get the window locked I went outside and pushed on the center of the window frame
