Motel 6 Savannah, GA - Midtown

Shanese was an above brand friendly customer service rep. She was brand friendly then added her personality. Which was a nice touch. Aside from that, housekeeping had adult dress code issues, supply issues, no soap, no toilet paper, i had to go get them, rooms lacked updated basics like a microwave and or a small fridge (advertise weekly prices?) It must have been a more expensive room. I had a King bed, non smoking. No fridge no microwave option? Customer service was excellent, customer satisfaction. Same story different perspective. I was happy to check in, even happier to check out. I saw it, I lived it.

Rude staff, EXCESSIVE NOISE. Messy rooms. When I first got here, I had to change rooms. I've changed rooms 3 times. If you have a complaint, the staff has an attitude about wanting to help you. They don't care that there are sketchy people around. They need security around here. It seems like they will rent out a room to just about anybody and not take into consideration the safety of their guests. Also, Roach infested, and when I requested clean towels, they were dirty. I went to the laundromat and washed them myself. This is the WORST motel I've stayed in. If you go online and look at the stock photos of the picture of the rooms, they look nothing like the actual room that you will be staying in. Proceed with caution.

Great staff and location! The GM is very helpful. I was here a few months and never had any issues. The area is very close to many places. This has been a great overall stay. The police are always patrolling the area as well which is awesome. I will be back!

Positive: Restaurant across st & I'm homeless so the price was the only thing I could afford Negative: Guest to noisy on my floor

When I check in there were hair in the tub mold around the tub, the remote didn't have batteries an the phone didn't work an the air conditioner was not getting hot also the phone had dog hair all over it.... so nasty . I know how things supposed to be when you check in a hotel, because I work to one. So I know how the cleanliness of the room supposed to been when a guest come check. They don't even have housekeeping inspectors , so the housekeepers just check there own room, that's why the rooms looks the way they, looks because they don't have anybody coming after the housekeepers to check to see if the is clean enough for the next guest. Please do better, because people spends there money to stay here so they want quality service. I'm here for a month.
