The man or woman working was being very discriminating, whatever they want to identify as. Me and my acquaintance were trying to get a room because it was late and we e were exhausted and the guy working refused us service for absolutely no reason because he got offended off of my friends chest. I have never had problems with the hotel until this MAN was hired.
This stay definitely wasn’t worth $178. The last time I stayed here for the same amount of time, I paid $150 and had working Wi-Fi, working heat, and a working TV. This time, the room was dirty when I arrived — the beds were made, but the floor hadn’t been swept. The Wi-Fi doesn’t reach my room at the end of the building, so I’ve had to use my own data. The heater barely works and runs on some kind of timer, so the room stays cold. On top of that, I got locked out of my room, and instead of just helping me right away, the staff assumed I didn’t stay there. When they finally did assist, they had to cut the latch to let me back in. For the price I paid, this experience was really disappointing and definitely not worth it.
Rooms a little outdated and small. It's a budget hotel so didn't expect it to be a Hilton. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner, hot water, were adequate. The pressure wasn't all that great. The staff was fantastic. Friendly people who helped with any requests they could. Priced a little high but its Santa Fe. Away from downtown towards the south. Location is great. Easy I-25 access. When in town again, definitely will stay again.
Positive: This Motel 6 is well-located; it's relatively clean, and very quiet. The bed was fine, and the towels were, too. Great water pressure, and plenty of hot water! Negative: The stairs for building 2 are badly in need of repair.
My recent stay at Motel 6 Santa Fe Downtown was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was hostile and unprofessional, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment from the moment I arrived.|After a long day of travel, I requested a bottom-floor room—a reasonable ask at any motel. Instead, I was told it would cost extra. When I questioned the charge, I was threatened with cancellation of my reservation. It’s a dirty way to treat customers, but unfortunately, I’ve encountered this kind of behavior toward locals before.|To make matters worse, I was then told I had to pay a $200 deposit simply because my driver's license is from New Mexico. When I asked why, the front desk staff told me it was “in case I decided to destroy the room.” This was an offens
