Motel 6 Santa Fe, NM - Downtown

One of the best Motel 6 experiences I’ve had! Location can’t be beat, check in was smooth, nice coffee station to enjoy in the morning. Most importantly, the room was clean and in good shape, with a comfortable bed (best one we’ve had at a Motel 6) and even a mini fridge! The TV was a nice size too. There’s plenty of parking to access your room quickly. And of course I love that they let pets stay free. I appreciate that the owner keeps this motel clean and maintained, I can’t say the same for a couple other Motel 6’s I’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay at the Motel 6 Santa Fe again.

Stayed here before a few years ago. Good location to walk to railcard and other places. Gave it a 5 because they actually clean the ac filters. Only issues was people on 2nd floor sounded like they were playing floor hockey til 10 pm. Otherwise good stay.

The hotel is in a very good location convenient for the train yard area and an easy walk to the old town. The staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel was quite clean and well maintained. It is reasonable value for the price.

We chose this hotel because they allowed pets at no ridiculous extra cost. However, the receptionist was not friendly, the beds were rock hard, the rooms had a smell to them, there’s gaps under the doors. The bed sheets and blankets had stains on them, which made us think they weren’t clean. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our items behind when we left the rooms. So we’d pack everything and take it with us. We got two queen size rooms with double queen beds. It had a tv, small table with two chairs, a luggage rack, small refrigerator and small microwave. The bathroom had a small blow dryer. They had coffee in the lobby, but the lobby wouldn’t open until 8am. Which was annoying because we’re early birds and coffee drinkers. We had two seniors with us and they couldn’t accommodate us in

AVOID THIS MOTEL!!!! You can tell they didn’t clean the bathroom after the previous people because there was an old bar of soap still in the tub and little hairs everywhere. I got a non smoking room but the sheets and pillows stink really bad like cigarettes. Sheets, towels, and pillows has stains on them. It has a poop stain on the toilet seat. I paid 82$ I wish I would’ve just went to a different motel/hotel.
