Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - West SeaWorld

My room was changed 3 times, I havent even been able to talk to the manager yet everytime I try they aren't available. The door handle fell off on my 1st room, the 2nd room wouldnt even open, and the 3rd room the shower barely worked and I didnt have hot water. No late checkout available, and I had to pay for a 2nd night just for 1 hour over checkout.

This is the WORST Motel 6 EVER. Their rooms are disgusting there was pee stains on the bed the sheets were disgusting there was chewed up gum all over the floor along with cigarette butts everywhere the door to the room would not close all the way. We checked in and checked right back out literally within the hour. Jay the manager refused to refund us because this is his only way of making money on this piece of crap motel. (this was prepaid thru Super.com and they are just as useless). I called Motel 6 Corporate office and they did nothing about this either. Which I found very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money on this disgusting place.

Double beds r small, next to busy interstate, pool is cloudy but swimmable, pet wise no grass either dirt or thorns for dog potty area, dont give out much of extra towels, sheets and covers had stains. People are nice tho. Alot of homeless people in the area front desk trys to keep them off property witch is nice.

Positive: Location, amenities. Negative: No breakfast.

Look, it's bad but it was OKAY. I could make a long list of problems with the room but, the A/C was cold and the water was hot; the bed linnens were clean. Barely enough towels for 1 perosn. I'm VERY frugal and it was DIRT-CHEAP. Again, really bad if you're the picky-type...but OKAY if you're POOR. I used Priceline and got it down to like $39 combining codes before fees/taxes. Think of it as a camping adventure "roughing it." Hah!
