The rooms are okay.. Though, if you have multiple (more than two) people with you, I wouldn't go here. I guess make sure to bring shampoo and other products for yourself because all they'll give you a two small bars of soap 🫩💔🥀 The place's aesthetic is nice tho 🥹✌️

My experience at this hotel has always been excellent. The front desk team. From check-in to checkout, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their warm attitude and efficiency set the tone for a fantastic stay.

The man that checked me in was very rude. I asked about an AARP discount and was told that they do not give that discount in the weekends. I called Motel 6 corporate office and they said, Yes, they do. They told me to ask for the General Managers information. I went to the front desk and the same man was working and the told me that he was the GM. He got so mad that he told me that it he would have have me the discount that the room would have been $10 higher. He also charged he an $80 pet deposit and only refunded me $30. I took a video of the room after ask of our things were removed to prove that the was no damage to the room. I was also pet in the list to not let me stay there again. No worries in that one, I will never even attempt to stay at this location again.

stay in room 117 the night of July 15, 2025. I am in San Antonio for work, and would have stayed more than one night, but not after seeing so many disappointing service and maintenance failures, especially with the pool. The price is just too high for what you get. They won't give a receipt at check-in, only the next day at checkout. The lobby is kept locked up, and you can't enter or exit that way, so you have to walk around the outside of the building to access the night window. … we walked in the rooms were filthy nasty, the bed sheets/were dirty & obviously not clean nor changed. The restroom was also dirty. I mean the entire place is in horrible condition. The gentlemen from the front desk was rude & rude front desk*****

Do not stay here , im not the one to write reviews but my experience was HORRIBLE, for 100$ I got room 340 once I opened the door you see literally trash everywhere i counted at least 5 bags full of trash, I was shocked, when I reported it to the front desk they apologized & gave me another room, as I head for my vehicle, the person that was working the front desk rushes to me & tells me he accidentally gave me a room that was already reserved?! Frustrated I just ask for a refund , which he refused to give me! After asking & asking & asking for my money back i finally gave up & told him he can keep my money. Im very disappointed in the service I received especially since i was basically robbed of my money. I dont not recommend staying here if you do hope you have a better experience then I
