Motel 6 San Antonio, TX Six Flags Fiesta TX/LA Cantera Area

The front desk clerk was sweet and kind. Unfortunately thats the only good thing here. Rooms are infested with roaches and bed bugs. Had 4 different rooms and none of them were habitable. The first room the door didnt even close. Atleast they were kind enough to refund my money. The owners shouldn't be allowed a business license.

This is a great location, and great service from Julie In the front was amazing and provided one of the most outstanding services I have ever had. The rooms were a bit outdated but I did not mind and sounds clear as day. I had to leave due to my parents last minute visiting for my apartment move but would have definitely stayed thanks to Julie and her great team. Great great service. Like I said rooms slightly outdated but still good enough for a period or stay. Great job to all of you.

Pros Suitable for the price. Front desk was friendly. Great lighting to see everything around you. Close to shopping centers and Fiesta Texas. Cons Room needs some cleaning. AC/ Heat units only allow a certain temp, they don't stay on consistently.

I don't think they deserve even 1 star. It was disgusting both in service and the room itself. The woman checking me in was terribly rude and judgmental of my situation. She needs to be careful the way she addresses people. I didn't realize there was an additional $50 fee and she was very ugly with me about needing to come back with the money. I paid the $50, then found the room was dirty, ugly, and infested with roaches. More and more kept coming out; on the toilet seat, in the shower, on the countertops and furniture, even the bed had live and dead roaches. I checked out around midnight because it was beyond able to sleep in. I was refused a refund for the remainder of my stay ($335). Don't stay there. Don't expect a refund.
