Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Sea World North

This is the Motel 6 we love to come to when we need a staycation. Manny and the entire staff make you feel welcome. One thing that stood out was Manny calls an hour before and will ask if we would like to extend our stay or will we be checking out at 11? Great customer service!!

Run from this nasty place. Dirty and gross. The flip lock was loose on the door, the screws were not tight and it could be easily pushed through if someone tried opening the door. No stopper in tub, water spout has no grout and is very shower was also extremely dirty as well as entire bathroom and room. There was hair, dirt and dust in every corner on top of lights and even on light switches. The toilet needs flushed at least twice just to get three squares to go down. They provide no shampoo or conditioner at all, just two bars of soap. We reserved the room for 4 people and only 3 large towels were provided. Beds are very hard. Remote had to be repeatedly pressed to get a channel to change on TV.| I will not stay here again. We had a last minute idea to go to Sea World and other places w

This hotel is perfect for me my husband and our doggies because the allow pets and don’t have a pet deposit. They also have smoking rooms which is always a plus for me! The owner is very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate our stay! Great customer service! We will definitely stay again!

The location is alright and the rooms were "clean" in the way that the beds looked new and the floors in the room were wiped.. however the bathroom was not touched and was very gross. The floors to the entrance we used looked like they had not been cleaned in YEARS. I get it is a motel 6 but still. The once bright blue carpet now hardly has and blue left and is now all black and brown with gunk all caked on it. The corners of the stairs were terrible. The service was super weird, we checked in up front and had to actually enter through a side door. Heading out for a little bit this morning (8:30ish with check out at 11) the lady tried to check us out even when she had asked "are you checking out?" and we said "no, the rest of our group is in the room still."
