Motel 6 San Antonio, TX – I-35 North Corridor

Place was reasonable for the pay. The room had the essentials needed for the stay and the experience was good for the most part. The reason this isn't a 4 star review was due to lack of preparation. I had microwave listed for my room's reservation and we didn't have it at all during my stay. We noticed other rooms around us have a microwaves through the time of our stay.

Very Horrible place to stay, I did a reservation online for a 1 King bed room with microwave and refrigerator. When I got there no where does it state or was told I needed to do a $50 deposit that they kept stating I took a pillow which was incorrect and for stains in the sheets. Mind you the stains were already there so they falsely accuse guest in order to keep that money. That is very unprofessional and stealing from your guest to make money in wrong and the fact they don't tell you anything on it til you get there is super shady. As well, they didn't have the room I booked online. So I have to get a double bed room and not only pay the extra $59 dollars but now my room was 96 dollars but $46 as I booked for... Scammers is all I can say. be mindful when getting rooms, I do not like bei

Positive: Nothing Negative: the room was very dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere, the smell in the room was musty, the bed linen was dirty. I couldn't wait for the morning! It's a shame!

Customer service was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Mina is a very nice woman and is more than willing to help her customers during their stay.

They refused to honor my booking. Showed up and said it was cancelled by someone else but it was still active on my Orbitz app. It was not cancelled. Just decided to charge me more. No notice and no refund. Then said there's still space but it will be triple the price. I spent the night on the streets.|Motel 6 headquarters has done nothing to address this.
