Motel 6 San Antonio, Tx - Frost Bank Center

This place is the most disgusting I've ever had the misfortune of visiting; they don't even deserve a rating of one star. Due to our urgent need for accommodation, we didn't see our room until about 1 AM, and what we found was appalling - the sheets had stains that looked like feces. When I removed the soiled sheet, I was dismayed to find the bed cover was also stained. The experience was thoroughly nauseating. Wet towels were placed back in the racks. The microwave was inoperable and the fridge was filled with food from the last guest, the tub was not cleaned properly. Soap was provided from the previous booking. The television stand was falling. This hotel seriously needs to be shut down due to health and safety issues.

Arrived in late January for one night while on business. i wanted an inexpensive option near my meeting. ||||Good points: Inexpensive, good sized room, clean bed and bathroom. Check in and out went well. ||||Bad Points: ||||I had asked for a quiet room but I got one at the front of the property near the freeway. Noisy all night! ||||Heat and cooling - When i first got there, I turned the fan on. Later that night I needed the heater, but no matter what temp I set it on, it never got warm. No change from the fan!||||Bed - I like a firm bed, but this one was really firm, almost hard. I doubt many people could tolerate it. You get what you pay for. Very cheap. However, I did not expect this low level hotel experience. If you're used to normal hotel standards, dont come here. The sheets had stains and were not actually white. The white sheets were dirty. Dead Roaches. The bottom metal peace of front door was half way peeled back allowing critters to come through. Shower nob was broken and stuck on extremely hot. We had to play with the nob to get it to come on. Floor was dirty. White towels should not be slightly beige brown in certain spots. Looked dirty. There were random blood foot prints on the walkways of rooms. We opted to buy our own towels and shets to go over the bed. Do not sleep in their sheets! Bring your own pillow or a pillow cover. The only convenient thing about this hotel is that it's close to the Frost Bank Center. I stayed here with my father out of convenience but the room did smell funky/a bit of cigarettes despite us changing to a non-smoking room. There were roaches/bug dead in random places, the mirror was broken, part of the door to the restroom was missing as well?? In general there chips and chunks here and there gone. I also wouldn't shower without my crocs on because I didn't know what that stain was. Realistically though, you get what you pay for. Payed 135 for 2 nights, 65 dollars each night, but honestly, if you can splurge a bit more on a different hotel/motel, I'd say just go for it. I would say the good thing about the place was that the room does cool down a lot, which is nice since I like slee
