Motel 6 Riverton, WY

I'll be honest. I've stayed at motel 6's all over the country. This is the best one I've ever stayed at by far. My only complaint is that the second door lock was broken.

Gave me a room with no power and the bathroom door was ripped off the hinges. Second attempt at getting a hotel in Riverton. The manager gave me a full refund. Only positive. Very nice guy.

The Motel was Clean, fairly tidy and close to amenities… just a minutes walk away to restaurants and a nice bar. Yes a little worn but it was exactly what I expected from the price I paid. Compared to similar places nearby the motel was good value for the money.

Seriously, I was disappointed. The room was not thoroughly clean, the walls were stained , the furniture was worn, ripped, and damaged. The AC cover was hung with duct tape and the AC unit was caked with dirty lint. The floors were stained, the exterior door was drafty, and there was no bathroom door. Has a small step over the door frame to get in the shower, which is located in a tiny bathroom. Staff was not exactly friendly or knowledgeable and the office no longer offers free coffee as advertised. I recommend you go elsewhere in town....

The only reason I only gave a four is that the rooms are dated, and walk ways need to be pressured washed along with the trash cans. The cleaning of rooms needs improvement. Floors are not clean with dirty water. The owner is amazing he is trying to revamp his hotel. His staff is awesome.
