Motel 6 Mesa, AZ - Downtown

Very affordable for the price is one of the best in this town because I have been too many motel 6 I did not see a roach or bugs In here and the customer service was awesome their pet policy is awesome there was no noise sleeping n there is no guard needed no. Need for parking permit and they have accommodations it is very old fashioned and the only thing i did not like of my room both of the lamps don’t work out at least gave water complimentary bottles for your guests n they need done asphalt demodulations outside to even put the floor b the heating unit needs to be cleaned I could not post pics this time around. Jeff was very rude to me the next day I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 because he told me rn 126 and 123 was with long time resident and when are you going to do weekly ra

I don’t understand how they have the rating they do. This place is absolutely awful. First room they gave me didn’t have a functioning tv so they switched me to a different room that also had broken tv. Except this room had broken tv and a missing toilet seat. I wish I would’ve taken pictures. The room next door was a nightmare who ever was in there had a dog that trashed it there was pee and poop everywhere which made my room smell. The only reason I saw it was because house keeping had the door open. I feel terrible for who ever had to clean it. I booked for three nights but only stayed for one. I was ok with losing my money in this situation.

Positive: The staff was still friendly considering the area and vibe of the place. It's pretty run down Negative: It was swarming with cops so I had to wait to check in. The deadbolt was broken so I had to sleep with a chair in front of the door to feel safe. So but like this location/ area. It does not feel safe

Stayed 2 nights ,2 people,they asked for both photo ID'S , gave one key ,got another no problem,next next day out all day, at night both keys didn't work, front desk got at least one of them working, door hard to lock, several cats hang around, this is a resident -hotel ,residents feed them. It took packing up to leave we found one roach, I always check beds at check in, beds were clean ,the only thing clean. If you don't mind a hotel falling apart and you have dogs ,Pets are free ,there is a nice green space,park on the Eastside of motel. The following is added on after motel 6 response ,. I've stayed at plenty of Motel 6s across the USA. this one is absolutely the worst. Stayed for 3 weeks in 2 different rooms both rooms stunk of animals and cigarette smoke. Both rooms have roaches and it's always a great day when you open your door to a pile of dog crap in front of your door.
